    Read This Before You Enroll

This is a self-paced, online anger management course. It is open to anyone, whether a court, probation officer, attorney, CPS caseworker, or employer has asked you to complete anger management, or you are choosing it for yourself.

If someone else is requiring you to complete anger management, confirm with that person before you enroll that a self-paced online course will be accepted. Some courts and agencies require a specific number of hours, a live class, or a particular provider. This course does not take the place of a specific program you have been ordered to complete unless the person requiring it approves it.

This course is not a Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP), and it does not satisfy a BIPP order. It is also not therapy, and it does not replace a clinical assessment.

Not sure which course you need? If your order or referral says "family violence," "family violence education," or "FVE," you likely need Family Violence Education: Build Safer Patterns and Relationships instead. If it says "anger management," this is the right course. Confirm with whoever is requiring it before you buy.

Sliding scale available. I want everyone who needs this course to be able to take it. Reduced fees are available based on household size and income, using the current Federal Poverty Guidelines, with prices as low as $20. To apply, email inquiry@brainandhearthealing.com before you enroll. You'll complete a short application with your last three pay stubs, and once you're approved you'll receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout.

Questions before you enroll? Courses can't be refunded once purchased, so please make sure this course meets your court, agency, or employer requirements before you buy. Send me your question here and I'll reply by email.
    Refund Policy

The full course opens to you the moment you enroll and every module is available right away, so purchases are non-refundable. Please take a moment before you buy. If you were ordered to complete a program, confirm with your court, probation officer, or caseworker that a self-paced online course meets your requirement. If you have a question about whether this course is the right fit, email inquiry@brainandhearthealing.com before enrolling and I will answer honestly.

    Understand your anger

Anger is not the enemy. This course starts with what anger is, what it is signaling, and what happens in your body when it rises. It draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and evidence-based clinical practice, so you can respond to anger instead of being controlled by it.

    Build a plan that works

Move from understanding to practical skills: spotting your triggers and patterns, clarifying your values, communicating under pressure, and repairing relationships. You will finish with a Personal Regulation Plan of your own. Each module ends with a knowledge check, and passing the final exam earns your Certificate of Completion.

    Stacy Reynolds, M.MFT

I'm Stacy Reynolds, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern in Abilene, Texas. I've spent over four years working with families navigating relationship harm, addiction, and trauma, and my doctoral research focuses on intimate partner violence within the queer community.

This course is what I wish more people had access to. Anger management is often taught as "count to ten and calm down," or handed out as a punishment. My approach is different. This course treats you as a person capable of insight and change. The material is clinical, evidence-based, and grounded in respect. What you do with it is up to you.
